Thanks for your comment on my usage rights terms. I try to keep it simple as there is always someone out there that will take advantage and ruin it for others. Gotta pick your battles so to speak.

Thanks for the compliment on my work! I have no problem with you using any images as a visual reference for your paintings. I do have to ask that work that is used from one of my photographs not be offered for sale, either as the original or some other form. Hope that helps. Thanks for asking permission

Each image is sold as a limited edition and signed photograph. The pricing on the site is for our unframed Fuji Crystal Archive print, a very high gloss finish which looks wonderful with the vivid colors as seen in this autumn photograph.
