This Penguin Photo Gallery is from images captured in Antarctica and sub-Antarctic Islands represents a very collection of images that David C. Schultz has captured during his fourteen voyages to this remote part of the world. He first became interested in Antarctica after reading a book “The Endurance” by Caroline Alexander and seeing some of the images captured during that expedition by Frank Hurley. “These are some of the most incredible images I’ve ever seen and especially given the conditions and time period in which they were captured.”

David offers photography tours to Antarctica on a fairly regular bases and we’re happy to help you with any questions should you be considering such a voyage. All images are available as signed limited edition prints. Typically they are printed on Fuji Crystal Archival “Super Gloss” paper and come un-mounted and unframed. Other options are available but not listed here yet. These included prints on canvas which are stretched over a frame or face-mounted on acrylic which is a beautiful clean and modern way to display the images.
