Each of our group Photo Tours or Photography Workshops seen on the schedule may be booked as one of many private photography tours offered by award winning nature photographer David C Schultz. What has become very popular is to arrange a personal multi-day private photography tours with David as your private guide and instructor as needed. When a trip is booked it’s usually a minimum of 3 days shooting time when scheduled outside the immediate Utah Wasatch Mountains area but this can be discussed based on the location. Below is an brief example of the cost and possible locations for a private photography tour.

Shooting day rate: $800 per day for one guest plus $400 per day for each additional person.-  A day is typically Sunrise to Sunset
Since each private tour is planned specifically for you and each participants photography interest vary we would be happy to give you a quote a cost pertaining to those interest when more than one guest is involved.

The guest would be responsible for all cost for themselves as well as David’s lodging, meals, gas, etc.

We’re happy to help with any details including suggestions for lodging. Typically the actual selection and booking of the lodging is left to the client allowing them to find accommodations to match their budget. You will be billed for the shooting day rate as well as travel time prior to the dates of your excursion and whatever expenses not paid for during the tour will be invoiced at the end of your trip.

A few of the most popular destinations for a private photo tour include, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, SE Utah and SW Utah. Any of these destinations could possible be combined depending on time of year, time you have available, as well as your budget. Our Winter in Yellowstone semi-private photo tours are also very popular for couples as they are limited to 2 guest.

If you’ll be visiting or live in the Park City, Utah area you may also be interested in the 1/2 day private photography lessons and tours which cost $400 and are based out of the nearby Heber Valley.
